The following rates are for the entire space rental for events open to the public events or private events exceeding 20 participants. Private events, rehearsals, or classes under 20 participants are available at an hourly rate of $50per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Long term rental rates available upon request. Rates are as of August 21, 2025.

$200.00 per session

Other Rental Information:
One staff person to open and close the space included for all rentals described above. They may assist you, but they are not there to work your event.

Additional staff (house managers or techs) at the rate of $25/hour with a 3 hour minimum for each staff member to work the event.

All rentals are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

All prices are for full space: Theater with flexible seating (up to 99 seats), Green Room, Lobby, Box Office and Classroom. If classroom is rented or in use, prices will be pro-rated.
